Welcome to Casco Bay Yoga

We offer a variety of opportunities for yoga training in scenic Southern Maine. Our unique Yoga on the Beach summer program allows you to have a retreat experience as you learn in a beautiful island setting and enjoy time to explore the vibrant Portland Maine area. In nearby Cornish, 200 hour training options include both modular options and month-long intensives. Additionally, we offer the Yoga Alliance approved 95-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training.
